The article states that working as a team is the effective way to reach the targets of any project, and provides reasons of support. However, the professor explains the disadvantage of teamwork and protest every idea that mentioned by the authors.

First, the reading claims that teamwork offers a good amount of different knowledge and ideas from every member of the group that benefits the project, so the team unites to success their project. The professor refutes this point by saying not all the member have the same qualifications, may some of the member didn’t contribute or work hard as the other, so as the group did a great job they benefited from what the others did which not fair.

Second, the article posits that working as a group took a less time to achieve the task because the work divided over the members of the teams. However, the professor says that teamwork spend more time on meeting and taking decision accepted from majority to move on and put a plan to accomplish every task in the project.

Third the reading says that one of the benefits of working as team is the case of taking wrong decision that may influence the success of the project, the responsibility divided on the whole group because all the member contribute in take this decision. The professor opposes this point by explaining that one of the members tried to be a leader and took a decision which not on its place. So he/she wanted to influence the rest of group and rejected what the other suggested even if it’s the right one. In this situation the all the group are responsible on the result, although it’s the fault of one.
