Sports are so popular. Why they are so popular?

Nowadays sports became more popular than it was. It became a part of our life. A lot of people do sports in different ways, and for different purposes. There are plenty of reasons that why sports became more popular. I shall explain my own reasons in following paragraphs.

The first thing is, for compete with other people. Competition is in our genes. From beginning we’ve always been in a competition and we like to win. Sport is a good way to satisfy ourselves. People have chance to proof themselves through sport. For instance, in my country, the most popular game is soccer and almost every person countenances a team, even people who is not interested in sports, want their teams win because if their teams win, they feel successful.

People also do sports for a healthy life. Our lives became more stressful and sport is one of the best ways for reduce stress. When we do sports, our bodies secrete some hormones such as serotonin, which makes us happier. I read a research about differences between people who do sports regularly and who don’t. Researchers found that, people who do sports became more prosperous, both socially and economically. Because of the difference in their appearance, people who do sports become more confident, and it directly attract their business and social life.

Sports also a good way for socializing. Now, there are a lot of gym centers, and people can make new friendships in there. This is the healthiest way of making new relationships. For instance, after graduating from college, many of my friends registered to a local sports hall, because their life became just about work and home. Now they have chance to socialize in gym center.

All in all, sports are becoming more popular everyday because it is a good way for competing with other people, escaping from stress and making new friendships.
