The University of Scranton to Exhibit and Attend the 2014 Ache Congress on Healthcare Leadership in Chicago

The University of Scranton will have a strong presence at ACHE Congress on Healthcare Leadership on March 24-27, 2014. Faculty, current students and alum will all be in attendance at the sessions in addition to adding an admissions team in the exhibition hall where the brand new online Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA) program will be featured. The University of Scranton’s exhibition table will be located at booth 37, where representatives of the program will be available to offer information and answer questions for interested attendees.

The University of Scranton’s alignment with ACHE extends into the actual curriculum of the Master’s in Health Administration program. Identical to the ground, top-ranked program, the online version uses same the ACHE Healthcare Leadership Alliance (HLA) competency model in its framework. Graduates leave the program as experts in 24 core competencies covered in five critical domains covering: Communication and Relationship Management, Leadership, Professionalism, Knowledge of the Healthcare Environment, and Business Skills and Knowledge. The program was just recently launched and is currently accepting students for its inaugural virtual class beginning May 5, 2014.

The 2014 ACHE Congress on Healthcare Leadership is being held from March 24 through March 27 at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago, Illinois.
