The pie chart give information about what the students of Australia did immediately after they graduated secondary high school in the period 1980,1990,2000.
It is clear that the number of people who were employed rose significantly from 1980 to 2000. By contrast, the proportion of students who decided pursue tertiary education fell dramatically in the period.
In the year 1980, half of people who studied further, 40% of graduate students had a job after education, and percentage of people who were unemployed is only 10%. There was a dramatically increase to 50% in the number of students who were employed in 1990 and then stood at 55% in 2000. Whereas, students who pursue higher education dropped dramatically from 50% in 1990 to only 38% in 1990. The percentage for people who were jobless fluctuated, the number of people who jobless in each year (1980.1990,2000) accounted for 10%, 12%, and 8% respectively.
