The utilization of butter increased by 20 grams, whereas margarine decreased by 20 grams in the year 1986. The figure for butter falling dramatically and reached 50 grams in the later year.
Shifting to the remaining data, the growth was flat between the year 1991 to 1996 in the case of margarine and hit 40 grams in the later year. Growth of low fat and reduced spreads was grown consistently by 80 grams in the year 2001 and decreased by 10 grams in the year 2007.
