What is your opinion about the statement “ Technology has made the world a better place to live”
Technological development creates the number of modern equipment that serves life. The living is getting more conveniently and fully, making the world a better place.
The first evidence of the world a better place is that many machines are used widely in the educational system. The main reason is that the machines manage all data of students in school to find a great source of information easily. Thanks to technological equipment, lessons are getting more exciting with pictures and sounds that attracts students. Teachers in the US’s universities tend to use the number of slides during the lecture, which attracts students (a lot).
Another reason why technology has changed the world to a convenient place to live is that the use of technology provides the number of medical equipment for the hospital. With the modern machines, doctors can diagnose many difficult diseases more precisely and quickly compared to conventional methods. For example, researchers at Johns Hopkins can spot eight of the most common cancers by using blood DNA tests.
It is a controversial issue whether some people have present opposing viewpoints that robots could wipe out the humanity. I strongly believe that researchers can keep robots under control by keeping the programmers under control. Because they are just a reflection of their makers, resulting from the creative thinking of the scientists. So they can be controlled through the checking and fixing of codes and algorithms made by the programmers.
In conclusion, it is seen that the benefits of technology outweigh its drawbacks. Technology has changed the world a better place to live due to its positive contributions in aspects involving education, science and health.
