The most dominant reason that can be considered for unhealthy lifestyle is higher desire of standard of living. Nowaday, lust towards to obtain all things, people have to work whole the day to fulfill requirements. So, they can not allocate time to do exercise on a daily basis. The another reason is that excessive consumption of junk food and other food, which are served in restaurants and hotels. These meals are unhealthy for people and lead to victim of desperate diseases. For instance, it is quite observed that people incline towards of earning more money and eat unhealthy food than conscious about their health. Therefore, these reasons play a vital role for people to live unhealthy life.
Some measures cab be taken in mind to live healthy life. Apart from their hectic schedule, people should allocate a time for doing exercise. Daily routine physical activities help to improve their health. Admittedly, daily exercise boost immunity system and keep our body fit and prevent from some illnesses. Moreover, people ought to prefer healthyfood, which contains a lot of nutrients, vitamins and minerals than unhealthy food. Hence, these referred remedies can be teken to improve health.
In conclusion, although many causes are considered for unhealthy lifestyle, problems can be mitigated by exercising and intake of nutritious food, which can lead to better health and good life style.
