Pie charts

he pie charts illustrate the proportion of expenditure in a UK school in 5 different categories in 3 years: 1981, 1991, 2001.
It is clear that the spending on teacher's salaries was by far the highest of five factors, while the insurance factor constituted the least.
In 1981, two-fifths of school spending was on teacher's salaries, which then rose up by 10% in 1991. By contrast, there was a mild reduction in the expenditure on worker's salaries, which proven by the decrease from nearly a third to 22%. Furthermore, the same trend was recorded in the amount of money that resources and facilities costed, with minor drops of 5% and 7% respectively. An insignificant contribution to the insurance factor experienced a slight climb, which made the figure for insurance spending increase by 1%.
The school tended to expand the expenditure on insurance and facilities in 2001, while the salaries for staff and the cost of resources were lessened. Fourfold as much money was charged for facilities in 2001 as they did a decade ago, likewise, insurance's expenditure nearly tripled. On the other hand, the spending on resources was roughly halved, while that on staff salaries had a slight decline of approximately 5%.
