Many people experience stumbling while speaking to the public or in a personal communication due to anxiety. Anxiety adverse affects one's physical as well as mental condition. Fear, conflicting concerns, overthinking, negative and distracted thoughts are the potential reasons for anxiety. These effects distract one's self-confidence and self-esteem which creates hindrance during speaking. As a result, the speaker shows some worst symptoms of anxiety disorders; for instance, swallowing that may lead to choking, spitting, frequent pauses while speaking, and blushing.

However, it is imperative to follow few steps to overcome the obstacles and speak confidently in front of anyone or a group.
1. Adequate preparation and rigorous practice make the speaker memorise the content accordingly.
2. Do not focus on the audience instead imagine that you are presenting to a close friend.
3. Refresh oneself by diverting the mind to something important.
4. Think positively and speak confidently that drives to success.
