My name is David Zhang, a newly enrolled student living at Flat 7, Block A, Wentworth College. I am writing this letter to lodge a complaint regarding to the unstable internet.

I found the Internet was considerably unstable since I moved in two weeks ago. It always breaks down or cannot be connected. Even though the Internet is completely free, which is fully included in accommodation expense, I do not feel it should happen in such a frequency.
