I am writing to you to request you to investigate a recent internet connection problem that is affecting many people in my location. Allow me to elaborate on exactly why I would like this course of action to be realized.
Last week we couldn't access Internet for at least 24 hours, due to an outage caused by a device replacement at company´s side. Unfortunately, that is the third time this issue have occurred this month without any advice letter sent in advance. In addition, that is a commercial area where, nowadays, there is a dependency of Internet access.
Thus, I would like to request you an approved schedule where it dates the next expected outages. We would be so grateful if you could provide this piece of information, thus we will be able to, at least, be prepared and find out a work around when the outage comes.
