It is evident from the charts, electricity generation in Germany, the highest type was conventional thermal at around 59.6% due to the all type of resources, whereas the next higher generation in nuclear type at approximately 23%. According to the renewable, biomass and wind were far higher than others, at just around 39.3% and 36.9% respectively, but much less at 17.7% for hydroelectric and 6.1% for solar.
