Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about the students who are renting your apartment which is situated next to mine. Very often, they invite many adolescents for party at their place and their personal gathering goes until late in the morning. Moreover, they play loud music and make noise which is unacceptable. In addition purposely throw rubbish in the public areas of the building.

Although, I had talked to them, but their behavior is uncooperative and impolite. The situation is having detrimental effect not only for my family but for other tenants also. As I have to leave early to work, I normally go for sleep around 10:00 pm, but because of their late night parties I am not able to take a sound sleep in the night. Therefore, I feel tired next day in the office. Even, my son who has to appear for his final exam next month is not able to concentrate well on his studies.

I would be grateful, if you look into this matter urgently and request them to change their attitude and explain them, policies and noise regulation of a building. If in case, the things are not improved, further action is required.
