The Table below shows the worldwide market share of the mobile phone market for manufacturers in the years 2005 and 2006.

The table gives information about the share of market for mobile phones in the years 2005-2006 showing the data in percentages.

It is possible to notice that the primacy was reached by Nokia in 2005 with an amount of 32.5 that increased of a percentage of 2.5 in the following year; there are moreover other two examples of rise given by Motorola and Sony Ericsson.

The first one in fact passed from 17.7 to 21.1 % while the second brand of phone, even if the numbers regarding the share of the market are smaller, improved from 6.3 to 7.4%.

For what concerns instead Samsung, LG, BenQ Mobile and other mobile phones they all registered a fall: the most significant drop is represented by Other brands that started in 2005 with 19.2% and finished in the next year with 16.2% followed by Samsung( from 12.7 to 11.8) LG in which however the amount of sharing differed just a bit from 2005 and finally BenQ mobile with 4.9% in 2005 and 2.4 in 2006.
