I am writing you to complain about the TV which I bought from your reputed departmental store. I have been one of your loyal customers almost 5 years now and purchase all the electronic items from your store.

Undeniably, this time also I opt to buy a new TV for my bedroom from your store. While selecting the LED TV, I have selected the LG brand that is about 32 inches in size. However, after receiving the delivery I was surprised to see Samsung Television, even though the packing box is of LG brand. When I called one of your representatives in the shop, I was shocked to hear that he clearly denied that there was any recent purchase of TV from your department store.

I would be grateful to you, if you look into this matter on the urgent basis as I need to install a TV in my bedroom before the actual world cup start. In case, if your store does not have the same model, request to refund my payment, so that I can purchase the same from other shop.
