The bar chart compares the average house prices in England and the urban city- London. In addition, the average house prices in other areas of England in 2013.
Overall it is clear that the average house prices in England were the lowest. By contrast, The number of money houses in the capital-London was the highest during the period show. It was noticeable that North East become a less popular choice in 2013.
We can see that London increased significantly at around 1300000 pound in 1995, at which point this figure started to rose sharply nearly 200000 pound during the period show. Besides, England accounted for a very large proportion with by 200000 pound in 1995, we seen a significant increase in the average house prices in 2013, reached a peak of some around 42000000 pound over the whole 8-year-period show.
Around 4000000 pound the average house prices of London. While the figure for South East and South West accounted for 3200000 pround, 2700000 pound, respectively.
