The map compares two proposed sites for a shopping mall in the city of Brandfield.
Overall, S1 is the suitable site for shopping mall as there is different modes of transport and a housing estate beside it.
The first proposed site call S1 is at the north side of the city surrounded by rail, road and water transports around it. There is a housing estate also beside it so that it is the ideal site for a shopping mall because of the availability of the various modes transportation and a housing estate near to it. The people who live in the housing estate have only a walking distance to this site.
ON the other hand the second proposed site situates at the extreme south. Although rail and road transportation are available here, there is no residential area beside it. People have to travel a lot in order to reach here. Hence, S1 is the ideal site for shopping mall.
