The following charts illustrate the proportion of education level in Glasgow city with respect to their age groups and gender in 2010.

Overall, people with university-level are high in number among all age groups, while people who had studied up to school level are deliberately less and people with no education remain stable up to certain age after it has risen to peak in the number.

In 2010, people who had studied up to university level are above 70% with the age of 16-24. Meanwhile, it shows a decreasing trend of 50% with the age of 50-75. Finally, it reduces to 25% regarding the age of 75 above. On the other hand, people with school level and no education remain relatively stable up to the age of 75 around 20% and 9% respectively. Further, it shows some fluctuations. people with school level decreased significantly to 3% and people with no education increases dramatically to 72%.

When comes to gender, women with no education hit a top position with 38%. Meanwhile, it reduces to 35% in the case of men. Both men and women studied up to school level are exactly 33%. There is 3% of a slight difference between men and women with no education.
