The chart provides the percentages of nutrients Involved in daily meals in the US which can cause drawbacks to people's health. The meals include breakfast, lunch, dinner and fast food and are measured by their proportion in Sodium, fats and sugar.

According to the pie charts, the most unhealthiest dish is the dinner, followed by snack and lunch respectively and the breakfast has the least risk. Sodium and saturated fats cover more than a quarter of the chart for dinner (43% and 37%) while the proportion is second to the snack for the added sugar (23%).
Fast food contains the highest amount of sugar with 142% although its figures in terms of the other materials are only around 20%. Meanwhile, lunch in the US has the third rank of health risk involved with Sodium covering nearly 30%, fats with approximately 26% and 19% of sugar. Breakfast can be assumed as the healthiest diet as it contains those hazardous minerals in less than 20%.

To sum up, dinner includes the highest percentages of unhealthy nutrients, followed by snacks whereas breakfast has the least amount of unhealthy nutrients.
