Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information shown below.

Given are three bar charts comparing the degrees of enrollment in education and science in developing countries and industrialised in 1980 and 1990.

Overall, it is crystal clear that nations which were under industrialisation had a significantly outweighed the number among all three dimensions (namely average years of schooling, scientists and technicians per 1000 people and spending on research and development) than the developing countries. Also it is evident that the number the these three categories all had an upward trend from 1980 to 1990 except the spending on research and development in developing countries.

With regard to the nations' education levels, developed countries' citizens increased from over grades 8 in 1980 to over grades 10 in 1990, whereas in developing nations, were only over grades 2 in 1980 and slightly rose to over grades 3 after ten years. Similarly, with scientists and technicians per 1000 people, industrialised countries' professionals had a growth of around 20 from 40 in 1980 to 60 in 1990.
