The charts below show the main reasons for study among students of different age groups and the amount of support they receive from employers.

The bar charts illustrate data on why employees at different ages take part in education and the quantity of aid from their employer, measured by percentage.
Overall, while the staff aged below 40 years old tend to study for career, most over 50-year-old worker feel interested in this activity. In addition, younger staffs are given more support than the older ones from employers.
To begin with, 80% of employees less than 26 years old pursue their study for profession as opposed to one-tenth of them for enthusiasm. A similarity can be seen in the 26-to-29-year-old group, about 4 times as the people studied for career as for interest, the rates are 70% and 15% respectively. Furthermore, in the 36-39 age range, the ratio is approximately 60% for career and 20% for interest. Surprisingly, 40% of workers aged from 40 to 49 years old going to school for both aims. However, the proportion of over 49-year-old people take part in study for interest is much greater than that for occupation, 70% and 20% respectively.
On the other hand, under 26-year-old employees attract employees’ support the most, at close to 60%. This figure is double as many as people in the 30-39 age group. Besides, a half of workers aged from 26 to 29 years of age receive the help compared to more or less students aged from 40.
