Given are two figures providing a comparison of the reasons for students to receive in various age groups, as well as the proportion of different age groups' employer support.

Overall, it is crystal clear that the percentage of people who studied for career was steadily decrease from the age group under 26 to the age group over 49, whereas the figure for interest increased from under 26 to over 49. Also evident is the fact that under 26's employees received the most largest support from employers while for those age between 30 to 39 is least supported.

With regard to the reasons for study, the two reasons had completely opposite trend throughout the age groups. For those who studied for career was most popular among the age group under 26, at 80 percent. The trend of people studied for career declined along the age group and reached the lowest at around 20 percent in the age group over 49. In contrast, people who studied for interest showed an upward trend along the age group from the lowest at ten percent in the age group under 26 to the highest at 70 percent in that over 49.

regarding to the employer support, age groups that were most supported are under 25 and 26 to 29 at 62 percent and 50 percent respectively. Third in terms of support was the age group over 49. 30 to 39 and 40 to 49 were the age group with least support.
