Overall, the percentages of children who learned musical instruments in 1996
were less than 2016. In addition, the types of instruments such as keyboards in
2016 and piano in 1996 which were the most chosen by teenagers.
Looking at the pie chart for more details, the proportion of children who have not
learned a musical instrument makes up more than half, only the remaining 44%
are enrolled in the year 1996. Up to 2016, while the rate of teenagers learning a
musical instrument bounced dramatically to 76%, the ratio of those who did not
learn plunged significantly to around under a quarter.
With bar charts, pianos which were the most popular in 1996 went up to 30, but
after 20 years, the number of people dropped by a small number. Although in
1996 the ratio of people choosing keyboard instruments ranked second at 22,
followed by an enormous rise to the top at 30 in 2016. Besides, from 1996 to
2016, whereas the types of musical instruments chosen such as acoustic guitar,
violin and others were reduced by a noticeable number, the options of children
about electric guitar and more than one instrument climbed moderately.
