The given bar graph illustrates the information regarding the use of speed-camera whereas the line graph compares the average percentages of road accident and the deaths rates in Melbourne between the time periods of 2002 to 2005.
Over this span of 3 years, use of speed camera in Melbourne had increased dramatically whereas accidents rate was quite higher than the death ratio.
It is clearly seen that, there was a small minority in the use of speed camera in Melbourne, starting from 25 units of seed camera installed in 2002 and reached up to a peak at just below the 150 unit at the end of the period, though there was a dramatic increase was noticed in the last year where the proportion of speed camera increased three times higher than that of its initial record. Similarly, average percentage of road accident in Melbourne holds first position, rising from just above 3% in 2002 it had fluctuated in the following year and reached up to a peak at about 4% at the end of the period.
Average death percentage on the other hand started from just below the 1% in 2002 in Melbourne and there was a gradual increase on this trend up to the second half of 2004 and stabilized at just above the 1% in 2005, though there was a slight fall had noticed in the second half of 2005 in the question.
