The pie diagrams illustrate research outcomes on reasons for getting Mastership on Business Administration and why employers recruit MBA graduates.

Overall, there are considered 4 reasons to obtain an MBA degree. The most significant reason for studying in the course of Business administration is better job opportunities, while the least important factor is the ability to help others. Employers pay attention to five factors, namely personality, presentation and appearance, networking, qualification, and hard skills.

65 percent of all MBA graduates chose their degree in order to get better job opportunities. a quarter of respondents told that they decided to study to get a higher qualification and perform their work better. Personal development and the ability to help others were less significant for MBA students and reached 12 percent and 8 percent respectively.

Half of the employers recruit MBA graduates because of their personality and knowledge, while presentation and connections get 20 percent each. The least important for companies is the qualification of future employees.
