The diagram illustrates existing floor plan of a building and the plan proposed for renovation of building.
Overall, a considerable transition of staircase is noticed. The staircase with a single flight is replaced with a spiral staircase at the doors behind staircase which ensured access from hall to living room and kitchen. Also, the storage space beneath stairs is removed. The Living room will be extended by including the part hall in it and the staircase will have access from living room. The floor will have a single internal wall to separate living room and kitchen unlike the existing plan which has two internal walls which has hall and staircase in between.
Furthermore, a single internal door will be provided on left of main entrance of living room, to provide access to kitchen and furniture will be introduced in kitchen. The only aspect which won't change is the entry into building.
To conclude, a proper restructure of building plan is devised to ensure efficient utilization of space and implementation of amenities.
