The pie chart below illustrates the information regarding the average time consumed by an in-house training course whereas the bar graph compares the average hours spend by manager and secretary in a finance company.

A glance at the figure reveals that, an overwhelming majority of time is required by the technical course and secretary work is more focused on important office work.

As a matter of fact, 30 hours out of 60 hours were consumed by financial company in regards to train their employee in a year. Similarly, career development holds the second position with taking 15 hours’ time compared to 10 hours allocated for developing interpersonal skills in the question. Health and safety is the least priority in a financial company where it only contains the 5 official hours to empower the staff personal.

In the second figure, it is a manager who contributes their half of the time for making good network to the outer market in comparison to secretary in the office. Moreover, nearly 70 percent of the management person in the finance office makes excellent excuse for change compared to just above 60 percent of officers who make the excuses for change. It is also interesting to note that quite majority of office time is consumed by manager for not doing work in office and it is secretary who focused more in the important office activities in contrast to top level authority in the question.
