The line chart copares the percentage of internet users in the countries (The USA, Mexico and Canada). Overall, it is apparent that the proportion Canadian using internet was the biggest, while the lowest was Mexican.

Moving to the details, at the begining of the period, around 20% of the American accessed internet in 1999 and that was also the biggest figure amoung these countries. The figure experienced sharp increases in the folowing three years, and in 2015, majority of the USA citizens had access to internet. Between 2007 and 2009, the number of the American using internet increased by about 10%, and finishing the period at 80% of the American accessing internet. Conversely, in 1999, only 10% of Canadians using internet and between 2000 and 2003, the number of internet users in Canada showed an exponential incline to about 60%. The number of Canadian accessing internet, then surpassed that of the USA’s figure in 2005. Finally, in 2009, the chat shows that all canadian have accessed to internet.

At the begining of the period, just below 10% of Mexican accessed internet and between 1999 and 2005, the number of internet users in Mexico grew slowly and in 2005, the number of internet users was only 30%. The the last following four years, there was only small raise in the number of internet users in Mexico. In total, that was only 10% and in the final year, it was only 40% of people in Mexican accessing internet.
