The graph below shows the consumption of fish and some different kinds of meat in a European country between 1979 and 2004 Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons when relevant

The graph gives information about how much gram fish, lamb, beef and chicken was eaten by European people in one week from 1979 to 2004.

Overall, beef was the food which was consume most at the beginning while the chicken was the first at the end of the period. Despite of this, the least eaten was fish in the whole time.

To begin with, beef had many fluctations and people were prefer to eat beef more than anything between 1979 and 1989. After that, they chose the chicken mostly until 2004 and preferance of beef was decreased slightly almost 100 grams per person although it was reached just under the 250 grams in the years between 1980 and 1984. Chicken was passed to 250 grams before 2004 in despite of people ate just under 150 grams per week in 1979.

There was gradually decline for lamb consumption of people because it was approximately 150 grams in 1979 and it fell into a little over to 50 grams. Additionally, consumption of fish remained constant in the 25 years period. People consume approximately 50 grams from 1979 to 2004.
