The graph below shows the consumption of fish and some different kinds of meat in a European country between 1979 and 2004. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

So, according to the graph you can see that consumption of fish not much has changed between 1979 - 2004 years.
At the same time, you can see that the consumption of beef and lamb has changed in the downward direction: in particular, beef from 200 fell to almost 100 grams per week for per person, lamb from 150 to 60-70 grams.
Interesting fact for me against this background is that the consumption of chicken increased significantly by 2004 from 150 to 250 grams. Why do you think? I think chicken has become popular because of many chicken diets, and chicken is also cheaper than beef, at least in my country. By the way, can the consumption of chicken also increased due to vegetarians? Many vegetarians do not eat beef or lamb, but can eat chicken (this is just my thoughts).
According to the graph, it also seems to me that European countries consume meat moderately than for example in my country.
If with beef it is clear that this is the most popular meat and is consumed more, then lamb is not as used as beef and chicken in Europe (according to the table 1979 - 2004 years from 150 to 60 -70 grams).
I wonder why the use of beef has decreased? If in 1979 240-200 grams were consumed, by 2004 only 120-130 grams were consumed. In my country beef is still the most popular meat, so we consumed beef more, than chicken. In Europe are vegetarians to blame again?)
However, I can see from the graph that the consumption of fish, beef and lamb has decreased in Europe by 2004 year.
