The line chart gives information about how many people traveled to a Caribbean island from 2010 to 2017 in three categories.

Overall, the total number of tourists visiting the island experienced an increasing trend over a period of 8 years. It is worth noting that the figure of visitors staying on island was higher than that of those choosing to stay on cruise ships during most of the period.

In 2010, there were around 0.75 millions tourists staying on cruise ships while traveling the island, double the figure of those staying on cruise ships. After 1 year, while the number of people choosing to stay on ships had not changed, more visitors stayed on island, at around 0.5 million. Then, there was a rise in the quantity of people staying on ships by 0.75 million from 2011 to 2012. The figure stayed unchanged in the next two years before falling to 1.25 million visitors in 2016, then reverted in 2017. Meanwhile, the number of people staying on island rose steadily and reached a peak of 2 million in 2017.

The total number of tourists was about 1 million in 2010 and increased significantly by around 1.75 million visitors between 2010 and 2015. After 1 year, the figure had almost no change. Then, it hit a high of 3.5 million visitors in 2017.
