Additionally, the restaurant experienced the lowest sales during the weekend.
To begin with, on average, the restaurant gained approximately $2,300 per day from lunch services, except for Saturday and Sunday when the amount of money gotten from selling lunch were less than $2,000. The highest sales were reported on Wednesday and Friday with the revenues $2,595 and $2,500, respectively.
Moving to the dinner, the peaks sale was shown on Friday when the amount of money resulted from selling dinner to the customers was about $4,380, followed by Tuesday as the second highest with $3,850.
