In 1999, the proportion of internet users in America was approximately 20 percent while there is a minority of people accessing internet in Canada and Mexico at about 10 percent and 5 percent. Likewise, in the next six years, percentage of Canadians and Americans using internet dramatically climb over 75 percent, whereas the figure for Mexico moderately rose just in vicinity of 25 percent.
Ultimately, in 2009, the ratio of internet accessers in Canada reached a peak of 100 percent, followed up was America with around 80 percent. By constract, there is only 40 percent in Mexico, which showed a slightly grewth of accessing network.
