The maps below compare 2 floor plans of one trade conference held in 2009 and 2010.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The given map illustrates the alterations to the floor plan in two consecutive years 2009 and 2010.
Overall, there were plenty of radical changes in the layout, with the appearance of the refreshment and disappearance of the display area as well as the meeting room. It is also easily seen that some sections were relocated, enlarged and attached to new facilities.
As of 2009, the floor was designed with many zones within the entire area. There were two main entries in the north, with a registration office between them. In the middle of the plan was the display site directly facing the concert hall equipped with seating. Adjoining it was a small stage connecting to a meeting room. There was an area for exhibition right behind the display area. In the east was a long balcony.
One year later, the plan experienced a couple of radical modifications. The outside display area and the small meeting room were removed. The concert hall and the stage were combined then placed next to the balcony, which reduced the number of seats. The exhibition area was made bigger and moved to the former site for the concert hall. There was a new refreshment counter between the two entrances, so the registration office was relocated to be next to the concert hall. The balcony was attached to a newly-built lounge area. The only facilities left untouched were the main and side gates.
