The picture below shows the difference in the layout of the conference center in 2010 and 2025 as proposed.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The given map illustrates the distinction in the design of the center for conferences in 2010 and in the future year 2025.
Overall, there are some novel changes, with the appearance of the meeting rooms, eating and entertaining facilities, and the disappearance of one garden. It is also noticeable that there will be the relocation of the parking space.
In 2010, the conference center layout was quite simple. There was a reception area in the middle, together with a hall at the top. There were two room next to the hall. At the bottom of the layout stood a big garden; next to it was a long car park. There was also a garden the same length as the parking lot.
In 2025, the conference will experience massive changes. There will be a hall for residences comprising 20 rooms next to the original hall. The garden to the right of the parking area will be demolished, and the parking lot will be relocated to this space. The garden in the middle will be expanded in length, which will be pronounced. At the bottom, there will be necessary facilities, including an IT Center, eating house, a kitchen, game room and music room. There will also be 2 rooms for meeting in this complex. The components which will be left intact will be the previous rooms, reception zone and main hall.
