The pie charts compare the proportion of people who house own and rent a house in the UK from 1991 to 2007.
Overall it is clear that the number of home owner was highest. By contrast, the figures for social housing was the lowest during the period show.
As can be seen that the largest amount of home owner accounted for 67% , after that, the home owner was decreased significantly around 53% in 2007. Besides, there was a significant rose in social renting with by 25% in 1991, at which point this figure started to rose sharply to 37% in 2007.
