Overall, medium baked potato dinner shows its nutrient compounds in almost equal distributions whereas macaroni dishes consist of heavily on carbohydrates and saturated fat.
In detail, both of dinners consist of the carbohydrates as the highest compounds. These contain over half for macaroni and over 25% for potato dishes.
A portion of carbohydrates and proteins from potato dishes is almost equivalent to the portion of carbohydrates from macaroni. A quarter of protein can be found in the medium baked potato dishes as the second highest nutrient compound.
An equal portion of glucose and protein include of 11%, while glucose and other nutrients involve of 15% each. Macaroni contains 21% of saturated fats whereas half of macaroni's portion can be found in medium baked potato dishes of 10%.
