The illustration shows the process of making dough for a pizza.

Apparently, there are seven steps to the final result of dough. Initially, four cups of flour are mixed in a stand mixer, followed by half teaspoons of dry yeast and two spoons of salt, and combined with one and a half cups of water. They all are mixed slowly for two minutes. Afterward, another five minutes are added as medium mixing. The fourth stage is similar to the two, which is to mix with a slow mode for two minutes. Then, the mixed flour is left for two hours which will later be double in size. Prior to the final stage, the dough is ground thoroughly to remove all the air bubbles. At the last stage, the dough is ready to use when it is cut for three pieces equally.

Overall, despite having seven steps, making quality tough is based on its proportions of ingredients and the mixing procedures.
