Scientists and engineers are continuing to look for new ways to generate electricity. The following is a diagram of how electricity may be generated from tidal flow.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparison where relevant.

The diagram illustrates the new process of electric generation.

It is clear that there are four main stages in the process of producing electricity. Firstly, electricity is generated from rising and falling tides.

At the initial stage of the process, electricity is generated from tidal flow. The process continues with electricity being gone through main construction and roadway. After that, electricity is carried to sluice gates to control flow and to be ready for the next stages.

The process continues with a step called “water flow” where water from incoming tide passes generator. At the final stage, electricity is put into electricity generator, and then electricity finally produced.
