The table illustrates the rate of appreciation of club members and the general public about the new theatre in one town in 2012.

Overall, what stands out from the graph is that the large number of opinions rated as excellent in all three norms of the new theatre which is the reason why the percentage of people who rated poor was very small.

Looking at the graph for more detail, 88% was the proportion of excellent which was rated by club members about quality and became the highest percentage in three of categories. Besides that facilities and information also had a remarkable amount of people who rated excellent, with 72% and 54% respectively. Because club members appreciated excellent very highly so the percentage of members rated poor lower, just 2%, and the highest in information with 16%.

On the other hand, the general public ranked information as excellent, with 66% while facilities were slightly lower than that, at 64%. Although the information was rated highly, the number of people who had a bad experience with this category was the highest figure, with 14% while the quality was evaluated as excellent lowest and also the lowest poor experience, at 7%.
