Overall, it is apparent that in 1990, the number of Sao Paulo dwellers are always the highest while these figures in Jakarta are lower than in Shanghai.
Go into specific details, In 1990, the Sao Paulo people accomplished 15 million and experts have given predictions that the numbers would increase during the next ten years with 24 million. But at a prospective point of time, it just got 18 million, different from previous projections.
