According to the surveyed information, the fifth company has the largest-scale, with the number of staff is 190 people, nearly third times as many as other subjects. Besides, the majority of labor recruited are young people with 93% of the total employees are people aged under 35 years old. In contrast, the under 35s/ over 55s fractions of other companies are much lower with 77%/0%, 59%/1%, 82%/0%, 26%/8% based on the survey's position.

However, the trend is reversed in the 3 remaining companies. In terms of staff turnover aspect, the frequency of leaving jobs in the first, third, and the fourth companies is at the low rate, all recorded data are below 15%, whereas the figures for the 2nd and the last companies are much higher, at 18% and 33%, respectively.
