The pie charts illustrate result of surveys from visitors about the satisfaction with their visit during the same two periods. A glance at the diagram clearly reveals
after modernized, number of satisfied visitors have increased where as dis satisfaction among visitors got reduced.

Firstly, before refurbishment only 74000 visitors have visited the museum. Whereas, after reconstruction there is a huge surge in number of visitors.
Secondly, comparing the pie charts, In the first pie chart 40 per cent visitors were dissatisfied and 30 per cent visitors were satisfied. And 15 per cent visitors were satisfied. surprisingly 10 per cent of visitor are very dissatisfied.
But After refurbishment, there is completely change in visitors opinion. Satisfied visitors have increased to 40 per cent from 30 per cent and very satisfied visitors increased from 15 per cent to 35 per cent which was huge increase.
only 15 per cent visitors said it was dissatisfied which decreased from 40 to 15. The remaining 10 per cent shared between very dissatisfied and no response.

On the overall, comparing both pie charts visitors changed their satisfaction opinion after it reconstructed.
