The table below shows the projected costing over the next five years in American dollars for three environmental projects for sustainable forestry The pie chart shows the expected expenditure breakdown allocation for the first year as the projects are set

The table illustrates the spending in American dollars that is prognosticated for environmental projects in different countries in the next five years and the pie chart demonstrates the proportion of different parts of the projects for the first year.

Taking a look at the table, for the first year the spending for West Africa will be 10.5 million dollars and for the following years it will decrease slightly. Also for Central American 20 million dollars is allocated for Year 1 and after a decline in the second year it will reach a plateau at 5 million dollars for the following years. In addition, the project in South-east Asia will need 30 million dollars for the first year and this amount will rise moderately in the further years, by taking account of a decrease in the second year and this project will have admittedly the biggest proportion of expenditure.

Turning to the pie chart, for the first year of all projects the salaries will make up half of the budget and Set-up costs will account for a mere 30% of the spending and the rest of money will be constituted by training and office expenses equally.

In a nutshell, the most expenditures are forecast for the projects in South-east Asia. Besides, in the first year of doing projects, salaries will have the biggest proportion of spending.

Thank you so much. In this sentence "the most expenditures are forecast for the projects in South-east Asia" I wanted to say that it is prognosticated that the biggest amount of money will be relevant to the project in South-east Asia.

Thank you so much but I used "forecast" as the past participle of "forecast".
I think the past and the past participle of "forecast" could be "forecast".
With best regards
