The table shows the number of international tourist arrivals (in thousands) in various countries in 2009 and 2010, together with the percentage change in these numbers.

The data of foreign tourists visiting in nine distinctive nations alongside the additional percentage figure for change are depicted in the table.
From a prospective outlook, the number of tourist arrivals in France came first. Apparently, most countries witnessed an upward trend in the figure for international guests meanwhile the contradictory movement was recorded in terms of Hong Kong.
From a quick glance at the table, the statistics of France remained constant from 2009 to 2010, yet, still occupied the first place with nearly 10 thousand tourists more than that of the USA. America, Spain and Italy simultaneously encountered an increase of a thousand arrivals with respectively 1,5%, 1,8% and 2,3%. Last but not least, the climbing rate of the United Kingdom was minimally higher with 2 thousand and nearly 4% in terms of transference.
Moving on to analyse the remaining part of the table, the statistics of Turkey in 2009 was 32 thousand visitors which surged to 46 thousand, a thousand more than that of Italy, with a massive 33% of change. The figure for China followed the same pattern but much more tremendous in pace. The most dramatic upward trend was allocated with Germany due to its two-fold increase. Contradistinctively, the visitor arrivals data of Hong Kong declined slightly by one thousand over the given period
