Firstly, when we are considering the pie chart, the major component in getting a job is education, which accounts for 39 percentage. Work experience and technical skills makes about 50 percentage, with a contribution of 26% and 24% respectively. Technical skills and passion and enthusiasm makes the least contribution in selection criteria.
On the otherhand, most of the employers looks for the organised client, who can stick with the institutional set up, which is 100 thousands. Next to that the communication skills, that is necessary in company functioning; besides people who are motivated will be preffered. Qualification and flexibility to work are moderately important aspects to be viewed along with that professional degree and their commitments are also given importance. People who are innovative passionate and who have clean records are concidere least.
Overall, the firms are searching for employees who will vest adjust with the setup with a varied skills are preffered incontrast other features are less important.
