The plans below show a student room for two people and a student room for one person at an Australian university.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The picture provides the layouts and prices of two different sizes of student rooms in an Australian university.

Overall, the room for two students is more spacious than the room for one. In addition, the former provides more furniture than the latter.

The twin room costs 350 dollars per week, almost doubling the renting cost of the single room, at 200 dollars. In the room for one student, the bed is located beside the window and to the left of the study desk. Next to the study desk is the main door and the bathroom is situated on the top left corner of the room, near the door. The microwave is on the bottom left corner of the room and on the right of the stove and the sink.

In the two-student room, there is an additional bed, desk, cupboard, and a bookshelf, a table and chairs are added. The study desk 1, bed 1, and bathroom are in the same positions compared to the single room. The bookshelf is put beside the main entrance and the cupboards are between the two beds. The table and chairs are in the middle of the room, opposite which is the television. The stove, sink, and microwave are on the left side of the room.
