The two maps below show an island, before and after the construction of some tourists facilities.Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The maps illustrate the changes which have taken place on the island after development of some facilities for tourists.

Overall, before the renovation, the place was surrounded by tree and small beach without any tourist facilities, whereas many facilities have been constructed for tourists, including accommodation, restaurants and swimming facilities, and those have been built without affecting the natural resources.

Before the facilities were constructed, there was only sea and beach on the island. Other than that east and west side of the island had some trees, while rest of it was only an open space. On the other hand, after the Construction and development, the island became very useful with its infrastructure. Some accommodation facilities have been built in the middle of the land, whereas others have been located near the beach in the west.

Moreover, roads and footpaths have been built to facilitate tourists. The footpaths have been made to walk between residential areas and the beach, while motor tracks have been constructed to visit the restaurant, reception area and pier for boating. In addition to this, restaurant and reception area have been constructed between both accommodation area. Interestingly, no woodcutting took place as trees are present in both maps. Furthermore, a pier has been built for landing boat, while swimming facilities were available in west side of an island nearby the beach.
