Overall, what stands out from the table is that Blackpool was the most popular town, whereas the least number of people visited Eastbourne.

Looking at the details, regarding Blackpool, it was the number-one town, which was visited by the biggest number of tourists (100,000). The second most popular town, Margate, attracted a quarter less visitors that Blackpool, only 75,000. Ranked in third place among the most popular seaside towns was Bournemouth, with 60,000 visitors. The number of people who visited Great Yarmouth were slightly less than whose who came to Bournemouth, just 50,000. At the same time, it is twice as many as the number of tourists in St.Ives. It meant that Great Yarmouth and St.Ives were ranked fourth with 50,000 and fifth with 25,000 respectively. This was followed by Eastbourne, which was not nearly as popular as the first four towns. So it was ranked the last on the list, with just 25,000 visitors.
