I am John studying in the English department of your institute. I am writing this letter to inform you that I am selected by the electronic company as the maintenance engineer, so I am unable to attend the classes.
As you know yesterday I appeared for the interview and I am selected. So from tomorrow onwards after completing the joining formalities I have to join the comapny which is located outside the city.the timing of company is from 9:00 am to 5:pm. so, it is difficult for me attend the classes even in the early morning or in evening .
I hope you will cooperate with me and allow me to do the job. After one month I will try my best to join the classes by managing the time with the comapny director. I am looking forward response from your side.
